Cloud Engineer - AWS/Azure Specialist @ Augusta University

Salary: $82,800 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in Information Technology Systems with a focus on Office 365 administration and Box administration
• Experience interacting with vendors and contractors
• Strong knowledge of hybrid and cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Box
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and Azure AD
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Office 365 solutions
• Maintain user authentication systems in both cloud (Azure) and on-premises (Active Directory)
• Monitor, install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and maintain Office 365 components (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Directory Sync) and Box
• Propose and implement automation enhancements and process improvements
• Lead initiatives and oversee project results
• Train and serve as a technical resource for Systems Engineers
• Perform additional duties as assigned
