- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of proven experience in digital strategy, platform governance, and cross-functional leadership within digital ecosystems (web and backend).
- At least 3 to 5 years in a strategic or technical leadership capacity.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (like SFDC Commerce Cloud, Shopify) and experience in overseeing implementations and technical decisions.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, MySQL/SQL, and cloud services (preferably Azure).
- Comprehensive knowledge in website security management, domain governance, and compliance for accessibility.
- Hands-on experience in implementing cookie policy libraries (OneTrust, Cookiebot) and managing related compliance processes.
- Strong understanding of CSC domain administration, DNS, and SSL setup.
- Familiarity with cookie policy libraries and compliance frameworks is desirable.

- Lead and manage the complete digital infrastructure for public websites, mobile applications, and internal platforms.
- Perform thorough assessments of our current web systems and digital experiences to find opportunities for modernization and scalability while addressing security vulnerabilities.
- Develop governance frameworks for digital content, compliance, security, and performance metrics.
- Set and maintain standards, best practices, and development protocols across all digital platforms.
- Create clear roles within the team, along with onboarding resources, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
- Facilitate strategic partnerships with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.
- Oversee the architecture and delivery of enterprise-level content management systems, ensuring effective oversight of custom developments.
- Guide the development of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring comprehensive deployment capabilities.
- Implement innovative front-end solutions with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related tools.
- Manage secure, scalable backend services using Node.js, PHP, and MySQL/SQL technologies.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) strategies through GitHub Actions, maintaining consistency across development and production sites.
- Ensure the security and scalability of cloud infrastructure, preferably on Azure, while also managing domain and DNS configurations.
- Advocate for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other enterprise security policies.
