Job Description

This is an on-site position based in Washington, DC, where you will engage with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle while adhering to federal compliance standards. - U.S. Citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens or dual citizens)
- Public Trust clearance or a higher level of clearance is necessary
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Docker container technologies
- At least 2 years experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
- A minimum of 2 years experience with container security concepts and tools
- Two years of experience in Bash scripting
- A minimum of 2 years experience supporting AWS security services or cloud security protocols
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
- Previous experience in government or regulated environments is an advantage
- Design, implement, and oversee security measures within containerized application environments
- Ensure the secure operation of Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration systems
- Safeguard CI/CD pipelines to facilitate secure, dependable, and compliant software deployment
- Establish and maintain container security controls and monitoring systems
- Assist in configuring AWS cloud security and implementing best practices
- Utilize Bash scripting to automate DevOps and security-related processes
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams to uphold high security standards
- Provide support for DevOps operations within a regulated federal setting
