Senior Systems Engineer - Cloud & Network @ Boeing

Salary: $164,900 - 223,100 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent
• Minimum of 14 years of relevant work experience or a combination of education and experience
• Active DoD Security Clearance (preferred)
• Proficient in engineering processes and principles
• Knowledge of system architecture, requirements, and interface definition
• Experience in systems development and integration
• Familiarity with modeling or simulation of systems
• Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g. Earned Value Management, DOORs, CAMEO)
• Background in Model Based Engineering or Model Based Systems Engineering
• Experience in design, electrical, software engineering, or analysis
• Leadership experience in projects or team environments

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of 3-10 members across multiple organizations
• Assess technical performance of systems and influence product direction
• Align system development with customer needs through integrated program planning
• Track key performance metrics throughout the program lifecycle
• Manage system risks and maturity by regularly evaluating system status
• Mentor junior and transitioning engineers in the Systems Engineering discipline
• Collaborate with experts to improve engineering processes
• Support programs related to Direct Attack weapons used on military aircraft and ground platforms
