- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years in software engineering (excluding internship experiences)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Preferred: Masters Degree
- Preferred: Over 7 years of expertise in at least one technology such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- Preferred: Over 3 years of experience with any cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
- Preferred: More than 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks
- Preferred: At least 1 year of management experience
- Preferred: Over 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies
- Oversee a diverse array of technology initiatives alongside a team of experienced developers focused on distributed microservices and full stack systems, creating solutions that fulfill regulatory requirements for the organization
- Share enthusiasm for emerging tech trends, engage in experimentation with new technologies, contribute to both internal and external tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that foster meaningful experiences, empowering millions of Americans to achieve financial independence
- Apply programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, along with using container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
