- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not count)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Over 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
- More than 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
- Over 4 years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
- At least 1 year of management experience (preferred)
- More than 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Lead a variety of technology initiatives along with a team of developers specializing in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to develop solutions that comply with regulatory standards
- Stay updated on technology trends, explore and learn new tools, engage in technology communities, and mentor fellow engineering professionals
- Work collaboratively with digital product managers to deliver solid cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences for millions of Americans aiming for financial empowerment
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside a range of AWS services
