Senior Workday Platform Engineer, Functional Compensation

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Workday functional configuration tasks
- At least 2 years of experience in configuring business processes within the Workday platform
- A year of experience utilizing calculated fields or custom reports
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 5 years of experience with Workday functional configuration, particularly in Compensation (preferred)
- Experience in an agile delivery environment (preferred)
- Workday or Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management (preferred)
- A year of experience loading HCM data into Workday using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) (preferred)

- Collaborate with product owners to grasp application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Interpret and align business priorities with HR value propositions and strategies
- Provide solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits through organized processes while upholding high standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders to influence solutions across business partners
- Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with HR to innovate and redesign business processes for optimal results
- Stay current with Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities through ongoing research and testing
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system implementation
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries about system functionality from both business and technical perspectives
- Offer support for Workday by addressing issues, testing solutions, and working with the business to resolve problems
