- Over 5 years of hands-on integration experience, with a minimum of 3 years concentrated on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is mandatory; MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect (Level 1) is highly desirable.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in DataWeave with an in-depth understanding beyond basic troubleshooting, capable of handling complex payload mappings (JSON, XML, CSV, Cobol, flat files, database record sets, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce Connectors, APIs (Bulk, REST, SOAP, Streaming), and MuleSofts interaction with Salesforce limits.
- Active use of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or MuleSoft Einstein to enhance coding, documentation, and debugging processes.
- Experienced in ETL strategies and adept at managing large-scale data migrations without exceeding governor limits.
- Knowledgeable in deploying MuleSoft applications via CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and Maven.
- Ability to simplify complex architectures for business stakeholders using visual aids, while effectively collaborating with IT teams.
- Genuine curiosity in understanding systems interoperability and keeping abreast of industry developments.

- Lead the architectural design and integration recommendations, translating business process gaps into actionable integration patterns.
- Establish a Center of Excellence by defining integration best practices and training internal developers.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to devise efficient data sharing and ingestion strategies, particularly focused on the Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Direct the design of RAML/OAS specifications in Anypoint Design Center, ensuring contracts are robust and well-documented.
- Take charge of intricate DataWeave transformations to optimize performance and maintainability.
- Design robust solutions focused on resilience and security, including effective error-handling and API security policies.
- Create scalable solutions that leverage microservices/SOA design patterns and modern CI/CD methodologies.
- Develop strategies for complex data migrations and work closely with the Salesforce team to ensure data quality.
- Serve as the main point of escalation for integration challenges, applying an engineering mindset and utilizing AI to resolve issues swiftly.
- Mentor junior developers and foster their growth, sharing best practices related to AI tools and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
