Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer @ CloudKey Inc

Salary: $110,000 - 125,000 per year

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in cloud, virtualization, or data center infrastructure
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Broadcom VMware vSphere/VCF and NSX
• Solid expertise in enterprise storage systems (IBM Spectrum Virtualize preferred)
• Profound knowledge of SAN, IOPS/latency tuning, multipathing, and storage-to-hypervisor interactions
• Familiarity with Zerto replication and failover processes

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for intricate infrastructure and customer-impacting issues
• Troubleshoot interoperability challenges between Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation 5, IBM Spectrum Virtualize, and Zerto replication workflows
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting across compute, networking, storage, and disaster recovery aspects
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring VCF5 issues
• Guarantee storage performance, availability, and capacity within a multi-tenant environment
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance VCF5-IBM storage integration, processes, and automation
