- Required: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems engineering with a focus on implementation engineering
- Demonstrated history of designing and leading innovative IT projects
- Experience in managing large teams and multiple projects
- Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships and escalations
- Proficient in developing short, medium, and long-term plans to meet strategic goals
- Strong capability to interact across functional areas and liaise with senior management and executives
- In-depth industry expertise and broad organizational knowledge
- Successful track record in the implementation of information systems
- Effective contributor both independently and as part of a team
- Mentoring abilities to foster growth among junior team members
- Preferred: Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent

- Design, test, implement, and troubleshoot IT systems solutions for our organization
- Develop and deploy complex systems while managing the implementation process

- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues promptly
