- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent related experience
- 5 years of experience with Cameo/SysML (preferred)
- Proficiency in JAMA requirements management software
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools like Cameo Systems Modeler
- Current Secret or Top-Secret security clearance
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles and requirements management
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen

- Manage program architecture and requirements through all phases, including proposal, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Exhibit effective communication and collaboration skills to work fluidly with team members and stakeholders
- Support and enhance Systems Engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Define and model system requirements, structure, behavior, and traceability
- Document and decompose system, subsystem, and component requirements
- Allocate requirements to system elements and functions
- Analyze requirements traceability and verification
- Resolve conflicts, ambiguities, or gaps in requirements
- Prepare system design documents and presentations
- Collaborate with engineering, systems architects, and leadership
- Review designs and documents to ensure requirements compliance
- Estimate material and labor costs
