DevOps Engineer

- We deploy our SaaS and on-premises application across AWS and Azure environments.
- We occasionally meet with clients over Zoom or Teams to walk through the deployment process and carry out the implementation live during calls.
- We improve and maintain the scripts used to deploy our SOAR solution for clients.
- We research and adopt new tools and practices to streamline build, development, testing, and deployment, including Azure IaC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
- We assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- We participate as part of our SOC team.
- We adapt to evolving duties as the role changes over time.
