- We require fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- We require strong proficiency in at least one programming language or framework, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- We look for excellent writing and grammar skills.
- We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
- We prefer prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer.

- We write clear, well-structured code examples and thorough explanations.
- We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We provide feedback that helps shape the next generation of AI models.
- We work on programming tasks that may include building applications, solving technical problems, and analyzing data.
