- High School diploma with over 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent background
- TS/SCI Security Clearance is mandatory
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Proficient in implementing, configuring, and managing Datacenter technologies including Cisco Networking, VMware, and NetApp Data Storage
- Experienced in provisioning and maintaining disaster recovery architectures for NetApp systems
- Skilled in configuring data protection relationships using SnapMirror and SnapVault
- Knowledgeable in using storage management and performance monitoring tools, such as NetApp Snapcenter and OnCommand Unified Manager
- Ability to provide VMware vSphere architecture and support, focusing on availability and efficiency
- Competence in utilizing virtualization tools for workload optimizations and reporting

- Design, develop, and establish database management systems, including architecture and configuration
- Utilize data mapping and transformation tools for database creation
- Assess data storage needs and implement optimal storage solutions
- Offer technical support concerning NetApp storage and data management to clients
- Install and configure NetApp storage systems at client locations, ensuring seamless integration
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to architect tailored NetApp storage solutions
- Manage the creation of storage volumes and LUNs, ensuring efficient resource allocation
- Conduct routine system maintenance such as software upgrades and patch installations
- Establish and oversee data backups and disaster recovery strategies using NetApp technologies
- Evaluate system performance and optimize settings to mitigate bottlenecks
- Resolve customer-reported issues by analyzing system logs and diagnostic data and providing appropriate solutions
