We offer hybrid work options, competitive salaries ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 CAD per year, comprehensive benefits including extended health care, and strong support for your professional development and growth. - 5 to 7 years of experience in managing and coordinating releases across cross-functional teams - Proven ability to ensure stable and predictable release schedules in production environments, handling multiple releases weekly - Practical experience in coordinating releases among various Agile teams - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps - Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives - Experience working with QA teams on test readiness and approval for releases - Proficiency in using Jira Boards or similar project tracking tools - Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and standard branching methodologies - Exposure to at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Strong and clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate with delivery teams - Coordinate and implement multiple production releases weekly across several Agile teams - Collaborate with Scrum Masters and QA teams to align releases with sprint objectives - Manage release calendars, deployment timelines, and sequencing for regular releases - Assist in release readiness activities, including system demonstrations, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-release evaluations - Collaborate with QA teams to guarantee testing completion, sufficient regression coverage, and that all quality benchmarks are met before release - Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilized for build, test, and deployment processes - Assist with standard deployment methods like blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments - Monitor cross-team dependencies, risks, and environmental factors affecting release flow - Assist with hotfixes and patch releases while adhering to established release protocols - Maintain release documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures - Contribute to enhancements in release tools, automation, and team collaboration
