- Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields
- Proficient in BI, Data Warehousing/Integration, and MDM
- Familiar with Application Integration and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Google, Azure) as well as Big Data
- Skilled in programming languages including Java, SQL, XML, and using Tomcat
- Experienced in troubleshooting technical issues related to SSO, UNIX, Java, Apache Tomcat, CI/CD, Kerberos, SSL, REST API, Active Directory, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Knowledge in installing, upgrading, and configuring JFrogs Artifactory for optimal performance
- Collaborate with JFrog customers to design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms using JFrog products
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automate platform deployment and management employing tools like Terraform, Helm Charts, and Ansible
- Undertake troubleshooting of technical issues and ensure system performance and scalability
- Design and deploy multisite solutions for global collaboration and redundancy
- Create tailored DevSecOps pipeline blueprints focusing on security automation and compliance checks
- Review and enhance current Artifactory configurations according to best practices for continuous improvement
- Develop custom JFrog Plugins and Workers, establishing cleanup policies and best practices
- Conduct load testing and sizing reviews to maintain system performance
- Implement observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus for better integration
- Collaborate extensively with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development teams
- Provide mentorship to Professional Services Engineers and train the open source community
