This role presents an exciting chance to join our innovative team, immerse yourself in a thriving environment, and leverage your technical sales expertise. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field - At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales position within the Manufacturing sector, ideally with a petroleum focus - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly through phone interactions - Solid technical comprehension with the ability to convey complex issues simply - Outstanding interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities - Capability to foster productive professional relationships - Driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to travel as necessary - Self-motivated and adept at working both independently and within a team - Experience in market research and awareness of industry trends - Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to enhance growth within the designated territory and market segment - Conduct thorough technical presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting our innovative products and their advantages - Assess client needs and requirements to propose appropriate solutions - Cultivate, develop, and sustain constructive business and customer relationships - Meet established sales objectives and targets within designated timelines - Collaborate with team members and other departments to align sales initiatives - Evaluate territory/market potential, monitor sales performance, and generate reports - Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors - Engage in trade shows, conferences, and relevant industry events to network and showcase our products - Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues as they arise
