Salary: $172,400 - 223,080 per year

Requirements:

• We need at least 6 years of experience working on projects that involve implementing solutions through development lifecycles such as SDLC.
• We require a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related discipline, plus at least 8 years of experience in corporate management, project management, IT consulting, or a similar area; equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree.
• We prefer 3 years of experience working with executive leadership at the Vice President level or above.
• We prefer 2 years of experience managing vendor relationships.
• We require experience interacting with executive management.
• We require experience in vendor management.
• We require the ability to commute to Greensboro, NC and relocate there before starting.
• We seek strong presentation skills.
• We prefer at least 3 years of experience with both private cloud and Azure public cloud.

Responsibilities:

• We lead multiple application portfolios and direct technical teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• We turn business strategy into actionable requirements and translate those needs into stable, supportable technical solutions.
• We plan and allocate resources, remove obstacles, set standards, measure progress, and ensure customer and operational needs are met.
• We recruit, develop, mentor, and support talent while fostering a highly skilled, engaged workforce.
• We use DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design and deliver secure, resilient, high-volume cloud-based solutions.
• We collaborate across technical teams, architects, consultants, IT partners, vendors, and business leaders to create scalable solution designs.
• We oversee incident support, troubleshooting, and the execution of recommendations for technical solutions across multiple functions.
• We guide teams in converting business requirements into logical designs, code modules, and reliable application systems.
• We ensure code aligns with company standards, architectural principles, and technical specifications.
• We oversee development, configuration, modification, validation, testing, release, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of enterprise solutions.
• We manage vendor relationships and provide leadership throughout the release schedule and software delivery process.
• We oversee the development and execution of testing scenarios to identify defects and confirm that solutions meet functional requirements.
• We maintain accountability for service operations, including incident, change, and release management, across the full lifecycle from inception to deprecation.

This is a director-level, project- and delivery-facing role based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a flexible hybrid arrangement that may require time in the office each week.
