Salary: $170,000 - 230,000 per year

Requirements:

• We want someone with 7+ years of production Python experience, including async frameworks such as FastAPI or Starlette.
• We need deep AWS infrastructure expertise, especially with IAM role chaining, Secrets Manager, ECR, and VPC networking.
• We require hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
• We are looking for advanced OAuth 2.0/OIDC implementation skills, including on-behalf-of flows and JWT validation.
• We expect experience building Spotify Backstage templates and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• We need a strong background integrating complex REST APIs such as Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• We require 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• We look for 6+ years of hands-on architecture and development experience.
• We need demonstrated leadership in complex, enterprise-scale implementations.
• We require excellent technical writing skills for runbooks and architecture documentation.
• We need the ability to operate computer equipment and work primarily in a sedentary position.
• We require the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and use fine finger dexterity.
• We are open to remote US, onsite, or hybrid arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you lead the adoption of ServiceNow and AWS-native AI capabilities.
• We want you to identify opportunities where AI can reduce manual work and improve service outcomes.
• We need you to design a repeatable, domain-aligned pattern as a Spotify Backstage software template.
• We expect you to architect production-ready MCP servers with integrated authentication and role-based access control.
• We want you to develop reference Python MCP servers for enterprise domains such as Workday.
• We need you to build shared authentication libraries for Entra ID and OAuth flows.
• We expect you to create a tool-accuracy evaluation harness to validate LLM tool behavior in CI.
• We want you to automate registration with AWS Bedrock AgentCore Gateway.
• We need you to manage container deployment on AWS ECS Fargate using read-only filesystems.
• We expect you to deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• We want you to instrument observability with OpenTelemetry tracing and structured JSON logging.
• We need you to conduct technical design reviews and support architecture governance.
• We expect you to transfer knowledge to the platform team through live sessions and documentation.
