- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Go, Rust, or Python
- Familiarity with messaging protocols like Kafka, ActiveMQ, ZeroMQ, Data Distribution Service, or Zenoh
- Experience with DevOps Tools including Docker, Kubernetes, or GitLab CI/CD
- Active Secret Clearance

- Design and implement software products that utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance customer capabilities
- Participate in all stages of the system development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to system integration and testing
- Involve in a variety of tasks including proof of concepts, prototype development, and transitioning projects to production
- Apply computer science principles, including object-oriented programming and algorithms, to resolve complex technical challenges
- Utilize concurrency techniques and understand I/O systems such as block storage and network databases
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers as required
