Job Description

- This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work 3 days a week from Tuesday to Thursday. - The salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $165,000 per year. - We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. - Please note that applicants will need to confirm their ability to work in the U.S. and should meet the specified location requirements before starting. - I require a candidate with over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles. - I seek someone with deep expertise in AWS, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Organizations, EC2, IAM, S3, and multi-account management. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as CloudFront, API Gateway, Application Load Balancer (ALB), Network Load Balancer (NLB), and Web Application Firewall (WAF) is essential. - Proven experience in managing MongoDB clusters (both EC2-based and Atlas) and SQL databases, including MySQL and Postgres, is required. - The candidate should have proficiency in CI/CD workflows, particularly with TeamCity and Bitbucket Pipelines. - A solid understanding of Linux, Docker, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Node.js) is necessary. - Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Datadog, and Uptime Kuma is expected. - Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform or CloudFormation is required. - I also need experience managing TLS certificates, DNS, and secure network routing. - Strong documentation capabilities and collaboration skills across distributed teams are crucial. - Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. - I expect you to manage and optimize our AWS infrastructure and identity management, ensuring best practices in account and permission management. - You will need to optimize AWS resource usage with cost-saving strategies, including tagging, lifecycle policies, and adjusting instance types. - It is essential for you to possess a deep operational understanding of AWS networking and security, including VPC configuration and the capability to troubleshoot any related issues. - You will be responsible for managing large infrastructures using Terraform within the AWS environment. - Optimizing and maintaining database clusters, performing upgrades, backups, replication setups, and performance tuning for MongoDB, MySQL, and Aurora will be key duties. - Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and TeamCity, with automated build/test/deploy processes, is also part of your role. - Implementing comprehensive monitoring solutions using CloudWatch and Uptime Kuma while managing log aggregation and alerting for AWS services and deployed applications is essential. - You will ensure compliance with security standards by enforcing TLS/SSL configurations and conducting vulnerability scans. - Collaboration with development, QA, and global infrastructure teams is required. This includes providing documentation and onboarding for systems, pipelines, and recovery procedures. - You will participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts.
