Senior DevOps Engineer @ Muse Group

Salary: $110,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or system administration roles

• In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking

• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments

• Experience operating in hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise)

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible

• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

• Experience administering databases like MySQL and Elasticsearch

• Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, particularly Grafana and Prometheus

• Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)

• Experience designing secure infrastructure and CI/CD systems

• Knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices

• Capacity to collaborate with engineers across teams and mentor colleagues

• Comfort working in English (B1+ proficiency)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the server infrastructure of Muse Group

• Ensure high system reliability and availability, aiming for 99.9% uptime

• Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters

• Design and sustain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems

• Automate deployment pipelines and operational workflows using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation

• Assist product teams with production deployments and infrastructure requirements

• Enhance internal developer tools and services

• Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and optimize system performance

• Collaborate closely with engineers from various product development teams
