Requirements:
10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, SRE, or system administration roles
In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration and TCP/IP networking
Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Experience operating in hybrid environments (cloud + on-premise)
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Experience administering databases like MySQL and Elasticsearch
Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools, particularly Grafana and Prometheus
Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar)
Experience designing secure infrastructure and CI/CD systems
Knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices
Capacity to collaborate with engineers across teams and mentor colleagues
Comfort working in English (B1+ proficiency)
Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the server infrastructure of Muse Group
Ensure high system reliability and availability, aiming for 99.9% uptime
Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters
Design and sustain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring systems
Automate deployment pipelines and operational workflows using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
Assist product teams with production deployments and infrastructure requirements
Enhance internal developer tools and services
Troubleshoot infrastructure problems and optimize system performance
Collaborate closely with engineers from various product development teams
