- At least 10 years of experience in End User Technologies
- Proficiency in delivering capabilities such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, SCCM, and application packaging
- Experienced with Microsoft O365 and Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
- Knowledge of VMWare, VDI, and endpoint hardware management
- Familiarity with encryption methods such as BitLocker and Checkpoint
- Proven track record of successful migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11
- In-depth understanding of Autopilot and zero touch deployments
- Skills in writing and executing PowerShell scripts
- Background in Agile practices and environments
- Solid experience in implementing Intune, WaaS, and SCCM Co-management
- Minimum 3 years managing macOS/iOS deployments
- Knowledgeable about MDM solutions like Airwatch, MobileIron, and JAMF
- Strong desire to create user-friendly, high-quality products and services
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving abilities and self-motivation

- Oversee the delivery and management of End User Technologies
- Utilize and implement capabilities such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and SCCM
- Lead migration projects from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with minimal impact to users
- Implement Autopilot and ensure smooth zero touch deployments
- Write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for automation
- Collaborate within Agile teams to adhere to best practices
- Manage and support macOS/iOS deployment efforts
- Evaluate and integrate MDM solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
