Salary: $135,000 - 135,000 per year

Requirements:

• Over 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a minimum of 3 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering initiatives

• Practical familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud platforms

• Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, deployment methodologies, and automation frameworks

• Proven success in managing intricate technical projects involving multiple stakeholders from initiation to completion

• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and platforms (like Jira and Confluence)

• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead project planning and execution for DevOps projects, including developing roadmaps, managing timelines, assessing risks, and tracking dependencies

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of DevOps initiatives, including the implementation of new CI/CD pipelines, automation of infrastructure, and establishment of data ingestion workflows

• Monitor project health, identify potential blockers early, and drive solutions to maintain project momentum

• Facilitate cooperation among DevOps, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and focus on project execution

• Integrate technical and business perspectives by translating engineering requirements into practical project plans, milestones, and updates that are accessible to stakeholders
