Salary: $135,000 - 135,000 per year
Requirements:
Over 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a minimum of 3 years in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering initiatives
Practical familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud platforms
Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, deployment methodologies, and automation frameworks
Proven success in managing intricate technical projects involving multiple stakeholders from initiation to completion
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and platforms (like Jira and Confluence)
Exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities:
Spearhead project planning and execution for DevOps projects, including developing roadmaps, managing timelines, assessing risks, and tracking dependencies
Oversee the comprehensive delivery of DevOps initiatives, including the implementation of new CI/CD pipelines, automation of infrastructure, and establishment of data ingestion workflows
Monitor project health, identify potential blockers early, and drive solutions to maintain project momentum
Facilitate cooperation among DevOps, Engineering, AI, and Business teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant delivery
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and focus on project execution
Integrate technical and business perspectives by translating engineering requirements into practical project plans, milestones, and updates that are accessible to stakeholders
