Sr. DevOps Engineer

This Sr. DevOps Engineer role is part of a cross-functional environment supporting enterprise-wide automation and CI/CD modernization. We offer a competitive compensation range of $105,000 to $175,000 annually, along with benefits designed to support you, your family, and your well-being. - We require a bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience gained through work, training, military service, or education.
- We require 9+ years of experience in data center networking and/or cloud networking, including familiarity with shared storage, clustering, and failover concepts.
- We require at least 5 years of scripting or related experience, such as PowerShell.
- We require at least 5 years of programming or comparable development experience.
- We require at least 5 years of database development or similar experience.
- We expect a solid working knowledge of infrastructure virtualization, cloud technologies, and networking.
- We expect demonstrated knowledge of source code management.
- We expect knowledge of automated build, deployment, and testing practices.
- We expect knowledge of infrastructure orchestration and configuration management.
- We need someone who works collaboratively across IT teams.
- We require the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred experience includes scripting and automation with PowerShell and Python.
- Preferred experience includes software development with .NET.
- Preferred experience includes database CI/CD automation and development.
- Preferred experience includes automated testing development to support CI/CD.
- Preferred experience includes cloud automation and DevOps work with AWS.
- Preferred experience includes Ansible playbook development and automation.
- Preferred experience includes containerization and container orchestration automation.
- Preferred experience includes Confluent (Kafka) automation and development.
- Familiarity with CoPilot and using it to speed up development is a plus.
- Experience using Devin AI tooling for software development is also a plus.

- We develop and implement continuous improvement solutions for our CI/CD pipelines.
- We partner across the IT enterprise to automate and redesign application, database, and infrastructure processes.
- We support developer needs related to CI/CD, including code repositories, branches, build definitions, and release definitions.
- We drive process re-engineering to improve efficiency and delivery.
- We communicate and collaborate with teams across the organization.
- We take on additional duties and special projects as needed.
- We may support other related departments based on business priorities.
