VP, Product Management - AI Development Platform @ ServiceNow

Salary: $274,100 - 465,900 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Over 15 years in product management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles
• Solid understanding of enterprise software, technical architecture, and monetization models for SaaS/PaaS
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong technical expertise and experience collaborating with engineering teams; prior engineering roles are beneficial
• Customer-focused with the ability to convert needs into product specifications and drive adoption through analytics
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing across various teams and stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changes quickly
• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the product strategy for our Creator persona, aligning with ServiceNows vision and growth goals
• Mentor and lead a team of Product Management leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Design, Research, Engineering, and GTM Solutions to deliver on the product roadmap
• Identify market trends and innovation opportunities to drive product development
• Gather extensive knowledge of customer needs to shape product requirements and promote adoption
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, assessing technical feasibility and making strategic decisions
• Guide product teams to ensure effective execution from strategy to delivery
• Work alongside engineering partners to address complex system interdependencies and develop scalable solutions
