DevOps & Cloud Platform Manager

We are hiring a Manager, DevOps / Cloud Platform to lead a team focused on CI/CD, our Internal Developer Portal, and cloud infrastructure automation across Azure and AWS. This role combines technical leadership with people management and is centered on reliability, observability, developer experience, and advancing DevOps maturity across our organization.

- We bring 8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
- We have at least 2 years of people leadership experience.
- We are strong with CI/CD tooling such as Harness, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- We have hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, from architecture through operations.
- We have deep experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- We understand public cloud architecture and operations across Azure and AWS.
- We are familiar with programming languages and scripting such as Java, NodeJS, Python, and Unix shell.
- We have practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, and service mesh technologies.
- We bring strong collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder management skills.
- We hold AWS and/or Azure certifications, preferably at the professional level.

- We lead and coach DevOps and Cloud Engineers, including performance management and development planning.
- We build a collaborative, learning-focused, and accountable team culture.
- We oversee CI/CD standardization for Java, .Net, and Node.js workloads.
- We drive adoption of the Internal Developer Portal and support golden path enablement.
- We define and enforce Terraform and Infrastructure as Code standards and guardrails.
- We embed DevSecOps practices into our pipelines and cloud platforms.
- We lead proof-of-concept efforts for new tools and automation enhancements.
- We mentor and develop a high-performing team through career guidance, feedback, and coaching.
- We promote inclusion, trust, and engagement across distributed teams.
- We partner with internal engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps platforms.
- We act as a trusted advisor by translating business needs into technical solutions.
- We provide responsive, high-quality service and proactive communication to stakeholders.
- We align platform capabilities with client needs to maximize business impact.
- We drive automation, operational efficiency, and cloud cost optimization across Azure and AWS.
- We deliver self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity.
- We establish and uphold best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and observability.
- We continuously improve reliability, scalability, and performance while reducing risk.
- We directly supervise a team of DevOps and Cloud Platform Engineers.
- We manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance processes.
- We allocate resources effectively across projects and operations.
- We set clear goals and accountability for the team.
