Requirements:- We need proven experience supporting production applications for mission-critical business systems.
- We expect a strong grasp of incident, problem, and change management practices.
- We need solid SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and production data analysis.
- We require extensive hands-on experience with Splunk for log review, search building, monitoring, troubleshooting, and dashboard creation.
- We need strong Unix/Linux expertise for server navigation, log inspection, job and process troubleshooting, and runtime support.
- We look for experience with monitoring and alerting platforms, log analysis, Grafana, and dashboard-driven support.
- We need familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable tools.
- We require the ability to diagnose issues across application, infrastructure, and integration layers in distributed environments.
- We value experience supporting applications in cloud and/or on-premises environments.
- We need familiarity with scripting and middleware/interface troubleshooting.
- We expect strong knowledge of release coordination, service restoration, and operational governance.
- We need the ability to perform well under pressure with strong ownership and accountability.
- We value the ability to ramp up quickly on new applications, platforms, and support processes, with strong learning agility and rapid contribution.
- Preferred: experience with Azure Cloud.
- Preferred: automation or scripting knowledge using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Preferred: exposure to DevOps or SRE practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.
- Preferred: strong communication skills with the ability to deliver concise incident and executive status updates.
- We provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications to maintain stability, resilience, and availability.
- We monitor application health, system performance, batch jobs, interfaces, and alerts using enterprise observability tools.
- We investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- We perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and help drive permanent corrective actions.
- We analyze production logs, identify failure trends, and build actionable dashboards to strengthen monitoring and incident response.
- We coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, network, and business partners to resolve issues.
- We support deployments, change requests, weekend releases, and post-release checks.
- We maintain incident, problem, and change documentation in service management tools.
- We drive continuous improvement through automation, process refinement, and proactive monitoring.
- We participate in on-call coverage and major incident management when needed.
- We prepare operational reports, service health updates, and stakeholder communications.
- We write and analyze SQL queries for validation, investigation, and troubleshooting.
- We use Unix/Linux commands and scripting to support applications, review logs, handle files, and troubleshoot at the system level.
- We leverage Splunk heavily for log analysis, issue diagnosis, trend detection, alert insight, and dashboard development.
