- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience not accepted)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Over 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or a similar cloud service (preferred)
- Over 4 years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience creating or deploying AI Agents (using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGPT) to automate complex workflows (preferred)
- 1+ years of management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)

- Oversee a diverse range of technology projects and lead a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to deliver solutions that satisfy regulatory requirements
- Share enthusiasm for current technology trends and engage in continuous learning of new technologies while participating in both internal and external tech communities, mentoring fellow engineers, and occasionally coding or reviewing code
- Collaborate with digital product managers to develop robust cloud-based solutions that facilitate significant experiences for millions of Americans aiming for financial empowerment
- Apply knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
