We are currently looking for a Network & DevOps Engineering leader to join our Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division, pivotal in shaping our foundational cloud infrastructure. - Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience not included)
- At least 4 years of experience with Cloud Native technologies (such as AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Unix or Linux system administration
- At least 4 years of experience in management of people
- Preferred: 7 years of DevOps Engineering experience
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in coding and scripting (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, or Ruby)
- Preferred: 4 years of experience in infrastructure automation (both on-premise and cloud)
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with monitoring tools (like Splunk or Zabbix)
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with container orchestration services (such as Docker or Kubernetes)
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working with Agile Development Practices
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environment
- Oversee a team managing a variety of technology projects and developers focusing on automation, distributed microservices, and backend systems for on-premise and cloud networking
- Foster an enthusiasm for new tech trends, experiment with emerging technologies, and engage in technology communities
- Mentor fellow engineers and occasionally participate in coding or code evaluations
- Work collaboratively with digital product managers to deliver effective cloud-based solutions supporting intent-based networking and automation
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, as well as container orchestration services including Docker and ECS
- Implement configuration management tools like Ansible and Terraform, along with a range of AWS tools and services
- Collaborate with stakeholders involved in on-premise network infrastructure and colocation to automate repetitive tasks and identify efficiency opportunities
- Lead a software engineering team dedicated to recognizing automation potential and crafting solutions aimed at minimizing manual labor and streamlining infrastructure management
- Drive initiatives to automate compliance and control management across teams
