Site Reliability Engineer

We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity that requires onsite work five days per week. This is an in-person role with no third-party involvement. The position offers an hourly rate of $60.00 to $75.00.

- We require 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering within a fintech or product-focused organization.
- We require 4+ years of experience with automation technologies such as Python, Java, Ansible, or PowerShell.
- We require 4+ years of experience using observability and monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft, or Grafana.
- We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- We prefer experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms such as GitLab, Harness, Nexus, Terraform, or SonarQube.
- We value strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for root cause analysis and preventive remediation.
- We value effective communication skills for partnering with cross-functional teams and customer-facing interactions.

- We automate operational tasks and health checks to build resilient systems and services.
- We monitor our production environment and maintain system health using observability tools.
- We identify reliability gaps by reengineering processes and analyzing performance data.
- We collaborate with development operations teams on system design consulting, platform administration, and capacity planning.
- We create and maintain thorough documentation, including SOPs, configurations, and infrastructure maps.
