As a crucial partner for banks and financial institutions, we are dedicated to fostering innovation and growth across urban and rural areas alike. - Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or related field preferred - 5+ years of proven software engineering and DevOps experience - 5+ years in a SCRM/Agile software development environment - Proficient in managing Continuous Integration tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise - Familiarity with Infrastructure cloud tools, notably Terraform and Docker - Experience with automated testing solutions for unit, integration, and system testing - Strong cloud engineering expertise, particularly with Azure and AWS - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in environments like AWS ECS and AWS EKS - Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Golang, and C++ is advantageous - Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Solarwinds, and Splunk - Comprehensive understanding of secure SDLC and DevSecOps principles for code quality and vulnerability management - Competence in Kubernetes/EKS operations, Helm, and monitoring; capable of troubleshooting containerized workflows - Strong grasp of IaC best practices (modules, testing, secrets, drift) and Git-based workflows - Ability to analyze pipeline and observability metrics and suggest optimizations - Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Dev, Sec, and Ops teams; aids in training and knowledge sharing - Strong ability to present and explain protocols, processes, and cloud architecture to team and management - Proficient in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and Git - Familiar with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx SAST/SCA, and security gates - Knowledgeable in containers, particularly Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), including image scanning and deployment - Skilled in using Terraform for IaC, including reusable module creation and pipeline integration - Experienced in observability practices including monitoring, logging, and alerting through enterprise tools - Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python - Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices related to SDLC, including task execution, documentation, and collaboration - Collaborate with IT Delivery Teams to ensure smooth transitions of code, services, and products from development to production - Utilize scripting and coding to prioritize automation and continuous integration while implementing web-based application development projects - Serve as a hands-on technical contributor in building, operating, and enhancing DevSecOps platforms and pipelines - Implement automation, security, and quality controls for reliable day-to-day operations of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and container platforms - Partner with development and security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions - Design, enhance, and operate Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise pipelines with integrated quality and security gates - Build and manage resilient Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) environments for optimal performance - Develop reusable Terraform modules and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for secure and compliant cloud environments - Enhance monitoring and observability through actionable metrics, logging, and dashboards - Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and documentation efforts that enhance DevSecOps capability - Build and support CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes to cloud environments of varied complexity - Identify and address gaps in automation requirements for CI/CD - Execute troubleshooting procedures for pipeline failures and optimize their performance and reliability - Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and integration workflows and ensure environment stability - Participate in the planning, estimation, and completion of tasks in an Agile/Scrum setting
