- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
- Linux Essentials LPI certification
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- Azure Administrator certification
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including cluster deployment and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
- Experience with creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong knowledge of container technologies, such as Docker and container registries
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Excellent scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Ability to articulate technical concepts and deliver presentations to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-native environments for mission-critical applications
- Operate with significant autonomy to resolve complex infrastructure and platform challenges
- Ensure platform reliability, automation maturity, and operational excellence
- Oversee and enhance Kubernetes-based cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or hybrid)
- Administer container orchestration platforms to guarantee availability, scalability, and resilience
- Implement Infrastructure as Code utilizing tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and application delivery processes
- Champion DevSecOps methodologies to embed security throughout the development pipeline
- Monitor system performance and security using advanced observability tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate cloud and Kubernetes-related issues promptly
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives and implement preventive measures
- Innovate solutions to complex technical challenges while evaluating new technologies
- Advance system performance, cost-effectiveness, and operational scalability
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
