- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related discipline, plus at least eight years of experience in an IT operations environment with technical exposure to distributed technologies, systems development, and/or networking; equivalent professional experience may replace the degree requirement.

- We practice self-leadership, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
- We use DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile methods to design and deliver resilient, secure, high-volume, cloud-based solutions across on-premises and hybrid environments.
- We provide expert guidance on infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture for assigned systems.
- We advise on design options, including associated risks, costs, and benefits.
- We partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex systems and translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
- We ensure system designs align with our architecture standards and collaborate with architects, software engineers, and other IT functions to create scalable, maintainable solutions.
- We document and maintain detailed standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures for introducing and supporting services.
- We mentor technical team members throughout infrastructure development and validate technical specifications and documentation for complex solutions.
