Join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes while collaborating with talented professionals. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is essential - Proven experience in delivering projects using Waterfall methodologies is mandatory - Strong expertise with Jira: Ability to manage extensive backlogs and maintain tickets for engineers - General knowledge of networking concepts, terminology, and operational processes is a must; familiarity with Cisco network devices is a significant advantage - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convert technical dialogues into clear, actionable tasks - Serve as Scrum Master for various networking-related workstreams, facilitating Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Support Waterfall projects where necessary, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are effectively tracked and communicated - Choose the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall) based on project scope and stakeholder requirements - Act as the primary Jira expert and system of record owner for the networking team - Collaborate closely with network engineers to draft, enhance, and manage Jira tickets, ensuring clear problem definitions, accurate technical context, and documented acceptance criteria, dependencies, and risks - Establish and uphold Jira standards for epics, stories, tasks, and subtasks to improve visibility and reporting - Handle large volumes of incoming work while maintaining prioritization and traceability across initiatives - Coordinate with various networking, infrastructure, security, and platform teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery - Manage dependencies across teams and proactively escalate risks or blockers - Communicate clearly with technical leads, product owners, and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and delivery progress - Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, documentation, and workflow hygiene - Assist with ITIL and Change Management processes, including change documentation, approvals, and scheduling - Foster the adoption of scaled Agile practices when applicable
