Software & Infrastructure Lead

We are Radical Towers, a Montreal-based startup building a next-generation infrastructure operations platform for the telecommunications industry. Our SaaS solution manages the full lifecycle of telecom infrastructure, from design and operations to mergers and acquisitions. We are entering beta with our first pilot customers and operate on a GCP/AWS stack with a full CI/CD DevOps approach. From day one, we are building an AI-first culture where engineers use tools like Claude Code to work more efficiently, write better code, and focus on high-value architectural decisions. We offer a competitive starting salary from $75,000 per year, flexible start and finish times, casual dress, and a hybrid remote role based in Montreal, Quebec.
